- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I filed for a divorce and was told to check back for my court date. When I went to check I was told to look in case net, but there was nothing there. My ex did have information on his name stating that the case was going to be dismissed due to missing paperwork. I took a day off work to go back up there to hear "oh idk all your paperwork is here. Just write a letter requesting a court date ". Which to my understanding was the filing but ok I go ahead and do that. Have court just to get my paperwork sent back with the wrong name. So more time off, back to the courthouse and I get to hear "That's no big deal.. I'm human ". That accounted for me coming back once but to continually make mistakes on the same case bc you're human is not a good enough excuse. Just to be topped off with a "Have a nice day" and four giggling government workers as I walk out the door. The electronic mistakes are not something you're going to catch bc you don't see it so go elsewhere or request oversite unless divorce is easy enough and you don't mind making sure people do the job they are paid for.By Tarra Young, April 30, 2017
