- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I ship through them every month or so. I have always had a great experience, even when I needed advice as to how I should ship my package. - ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Giving at least two stars because the sales staff are knowledgeable. However, I did not find them to be friendly or to be overly professional. Most of my questions were met with what felt like annoyance or maybe apathy. One of the sales staff was wearing spandex yoga pants with netted (semi-see-through) sections on her mid to upper thigh. Not a huge deal, but seems like the kind of thing that is above UPS. I've typically had good experiences with UPS, however I won't be using the store anymore.By Tyler Eads, March 15, 2017
