She even came in on her day off to work with my schedule! I was very impressed with how she followed up with me and genuinely cared about educating me rather than trying to sell me. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I was so impressed with my experience today with Derek and it completely exceeded my expectations. I was a challenge because all I knew was what I DIDN'T want. In less than an hour and a half, I had a customized 3D rendering of a ring that I could have never thought of on my own and am so beyond happy with. Derek was accommodating, knowledgeable, professional, patient, and comfortable to be around. He explained every step, asked the appropriate questions, and collaborated with me under vague parameters to come up with a perfect ring. This is a treasured local business that continues to uphold its high standards of quality and service. They changed the battery in less than 5 minutes and even set the watch time for me. Their battery even comes with a 5-year warranty, with the option to upgrade to a lifetime warranty for only $10 more.
