- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Found my water to be discolored while brushing my teeth. Called in and sat on hold for almost 10 minutes. Then was greeted by a very rude woman. Asked her about the discoloration and was told that she believed the fire department was flushing hydrants. She never even asked where I lived to ensure this was the cause. When I inquired about the public notification process, she became noticeably irritated and said "It was on the news!". I asked if there was any other notification process, as we do not have cable and rarely watch the local news. She sighed loudly and just said, "I don't know sir. Just run your tub for 10 minutes or so and the discoloration should go away." I find it unacceptable that 1) I was spoken to in such a manner by a supposed customer service rep and 2) that their only solution was for me to waste a bunch of water and pay them for the wasted water! I wish there was some competition in this area so I could show my displeasure by discontinuing to pay for this rude woman's salary.By Ken Carter, November 18, 2016

- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Didn't receive a bill for nearly 6 months after moving in despite inquiring about it multiple times. Was slammed with a bill for the full amount after, claiming that they had sent them but I never received them. The address on that bill was whited-out with our address written in... the company tried then to blame it on the postal service.
