  Short times at the counter and I have time to browse for anything items ,it's a fun PLACE in Columbia, Missouri.

  These guys are absolute scum... Walked up to the counter and immediately encountered an elderly gentleman who was doing some kind of paperwork and acted as if i was bothering him, looking down and never even looking up at me says "what do you need?" I had $1000 worth of brand new items (ebay prices for completed listings) and because I refused to throw out a number and play his game, he immediately without even looking at the items says $30... I say the one item, tried to point it out to him sells for $300 on ebay... He says I don't care I can't help you... Then I ask why he's being so rude and a younger, pudgy, man chimes in, "there's the door, have a nice day" Realizing that these people are dead from the neck up, I decide to leave but not before leaving a final parting shot, I say "why do you pawnbrokers all have to be such trash?" He didn't like that much and I turned and strolled out the door... I was sitting in my van 2 mins later in front of the building, looking at directions on my phone, when I look up to see the pudgy, goofy looking younger guy standing out front pretending to look at a bicycle, meanwhile he was intentionally positioning his body, so that I could see the pistol on his waistband that he had just put on, because he had not been wearing it inside the store just seconds earlier, when we were talking... Avoid these people like they have the plague, they will disrespect you, and then if you don't like it, they will try to intimidate you after that... You people are the very definition of why people hate pawnbrokers...

  Never really liked pawn shops because most of them like to gouge the prices on their very used merchandise. However, this shop in particular is different. They will deal with you and while you are there they treat you like they have known you for years! Hands down best pawn shop in como!
