- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Let me start with the customer service and communication is great from what I experienced. The problem is in the fact they overcharge, best bet, as with anything get more than one quote. Pros easy to work with Cons - high interest rate and high closing fees. After shopping around I was able to get 4000.00 back instead of paying 10,000 for closing and final straw was called to tell me interest rates were going up and the lock in agreement they sent me was no good when in fact interest rates had declined, they were almost a full point higher than lender I was able to secure. So easy to work with but they will cost you considerably more, many options are out there so I suggest shopping around.By Scott Roberts, March 04, 2017
